Approach to Teaching

"Each session starts with help on current schoolwork if necessary. For Year 10 and 11 students most of the session is based around working through past GCSE papers, assessing student knowledge of each question and teaching background knowledge on the relevant topic (e.g. algebra) if required. Building students` confidence and teaching good exam techniques are priorities. Younger students are assessed on each mathematical topic and taught accordingly, with the emphasis on building confidence while enjoying mathematics."
