Approach to Teaching

"Hello! My name is Adam and I am an ambitious, professional and creative maths teacher. I have much experience in private online maths tuition and working as a A-level Maths Lecturer and Secondary School Maths Teacher allowed me to understand how the individual approach during one-to-one sessions can boost your confidence and subject knowledge. I have worked as a private maths tutor via various tutoring agencies for a couple of years, successfully helping students with KS3, KS4 and A-level maths. I would also like to add that I hold a master degree in mathematics, qualified teacher status for England and an up-to-date DBS certificate, therefore I would be competent to assess your maths knowledge and help you with those topics you are struggling with the most. Finally, I am a very friendly, hard-working, honest person and my life motto is: "You only fail when you stop trying". My tutoring style is a calm and structured approach to mathematics to allow you to gain confidence in those topics you currently find difficult. I am very patient and approachable and I enjoy using new technologies during my work, because I believe that it will help you to conquer maths more effectively and make your learning process easy and fun.
