Approach to Teaching

"MATHS TUTORING YEAR 5 to GCSE I am a qualified Mathematics teacher currently working as a full time teacher. I am available during weekdays after 4pm and weekends (Flexible). I have worked in various schools as a Maths teacher, hence I fully understand the national curriculum of each year group. I am a patient and motivating teacher. I have helped many young learners to achieve great results in Maths. I use a variety of approaches whilst tutoring. It varies from pure problem solving, questioning, activities, Bingo Maths, Treasure hunt etc. Being a Maths teacher, I strongly believe that one cannot excel in Maths without a strong foundation of basic Maths skills. My main focus area would be to give a clear understanding of the basics of each topic. In order to identify the weaker areas, I conduct an initial assessment.
