Approach to Teaching

"I have a BSc Joint Honours in Maths and Physics and over 13 years experience tutoring GCSE and A level students, so I am familiar with all major exam boards. I enjoy tutoring, getting to know my students and helping them develop their understanding and gain confidence. I'm patient, enthusiastic and committed to my students' learning and achievement. I am a good communicator and make the subjects I teach accessible, interesting and easy to understand leading to successful results in exams. I believe that students learn more when they find the subject interesting and enjoyable, so I aim to make sessions fun as well as productive. I also know that students learn in many different ways and so always tailor sessions to fit individual students' needs and capabilities. This leads to their increased confidence and achievement."
