Approach to Teaching

"I taught Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) for over 13 years in a large comprehensive school in London and produced outstanding results. I was also a form tutor for 6 years and my form groups performed exceedingly well. I believe that education is an active, purposeful and ongoing process of increasing one's capacity/potentials (knowledge, understanding, functional skills and behaviour) for a meaningful life. I am able make learning fun and relevant and to explain clearly seemingly difficult science concepts. I have been tutoring part-time for 4 years and opted for private tutoring full time since January 2015. I have a qualification in sports science and coaching and KS3 Maths.
