Approach to Teaching

"I have been a mathematics teacher for almost 10 years and have worked in two Academie secondary schools. I have been a KS3 co-ordinator and am currently a KS4 Co-ordinator. I am well aware of all the curriculum changes and expectations of schools. I always discuss the needs of my new pupils very carefully and aim to build their confidence in the subject. I find that practice in exam techniques invariably helps to rapidly improve grades."
