Approach to Teaching

"I am a fully qualified and experienced Maths Tutor with almost 10 years experience of teaching and assessing students at KS3 and KS4. I will be able to visit students in the Stockport and Greater Manchester area, or students can come to my home where I have a dedicated tuition room complete with text books and laptop. Having access to various specialised websites like Edexcel Emporium helps me provide pupils with a huge collection of past papers and resources otherwise unavailable to students for exam practice. My long years of teaching experience helps me spot gaps in knowledge and misunderstandings so I can provide personalised learning which addresses specific learning challenges that the student is currently facing and help them learn techniques that enable them to achieve their target grade and beyond in Maths."
