Approach to Teaching

"I am a patient, personable and considerate person with some previous tutoring and classroom teaching experience. I have loved maths from a very young age, which culminated in me reading Mathematics at the University of Manchester, graduating in 2012. I aim to inspire similar feelings of enjoyment in my tutees. I feel it is important to tailor and differentiate approaches depending on the needs of the individual, and consider one of my strengths my ability to build friendly working relationships with my tutees. It's possible to have fun with maths and I intend to make that apparent! I am able to provide tuition for people of all ages and stages, from Key Stage 2 up to Core A Level maths, as well as for those seeking to pass their QTS numeracy tests."
