Approach to Teaching

"I am a 3rd year Medical Engineering student, at Queen Mary, University of London. I have an A* in A-Level Maths and an A in GCSE Maths. I started teaching maths since A-Levels. I have been teaching A-Level Maths, GCSE Maths as well Key stage 2-3 Maths. I have also taught students in year 6, English and maths at the St.Matthias school. Currently, I am tutoring Maths at school in Tower Hamlets. My teaching method is to breakdown everything, guiding the tutee from the basics. If needed, I can repeat an exercise several times until the tutee understands how to solve the problem. We can do several similar exercises, and where appropriate, look at different methods at solving them so that the tutee can pick which method they prefer working with. "
