Approach to Teaching

"I have been a tutor for over 5 years and have taught over 45 students in that time. I am currently training to become a teacher, through the Open University. I graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2010 with a M.Sci in Natural Science. I focus on improving confidence and question answering technique as well as fostering a deeper understanding of each topic. By relating theoretical concepts to everyday ideas, I help students find the common-sense structure hiding behind abstract numbers and theories. I also provide intensive exam preparation."
