Approach to Teaching

"I have been a primary teacher and private tutor for ten years. I have been tutoring children successfully between the ages of 5 and 16 in the areas of Maths, English and the 11+ entrance exams. At present 90% of my 11+ students have gained a place at a grammar school. I teach one year 4 and two year 5 11+ groups at the weekend. Curriculum groups and one to one sessions run during the week. All resources are provided, including ongoing assessments, online practice tests (Y5 11+), support and advice. Rewards are also provided to all my students for completion of homework.
