Approach to Teaching

"I have a degree in Maths and Statistics and have been tutoring maths for the last 7 years. My pupils have consistently achieved considerable improvement and often obtain grades 2 or more levels higher than previously expected. I teach by demystifying maths and showing effective and manageable techniques for solving problems, and gaining marks. Many of my pupils grow in confidence and recognise that they can do maths, and even enjoy it! For higher level pupils I ensure that they cover every aspect of exam papers giving them the strongest chance of maximum marks. I teach from home and have considerable resources covering different boards. "
