Approach to Teaching

"My attitude to things is very relaxed so I will aim to make maths tutoring a comfortable and hopefully an enjoyable experience. I have a flexible approach to tutoring so we can work through the syllabus independently or in conjunction with any school or college teaching you may be following. After leaving university I spent a year teaching mathematics in a school for boys with learning difficulties such as dyslexia, dyspraxia and autism. Subsequently I went travelling and spent some time teaching literacy in a primary school in Fiji. in 2009 I completed my PGCE at Bath University. During this I taught all secondary levels including Maths GCSE, A-Level and Further Maths A-Level. Most recently I taught A level at Neath College and have tutored people up to Further maths A-level."
