Approach to Teaching

"I am an adaptable teacher of mathematics, with excellent subject knowledge, who is keen to raise the performance and attainment levels of pupils using a wide range of innovative teaching strategies such as pupil led learning and the extensive use of ICT resources to present mathematics in a highly visual and stimulating way, making harder mathematical concepts easier to understand and access by pupils of all abilities. I am confident that my experience and passion for teaching mathematics at Key stage 3, Key stage 4 and Advanced level equips me well for the role of maths tutor. I have a strong commitment to teaching and learning and I am confident I can help your child succeed at maths."
