Approach to Teaching

"I am a young but extremely experienced maths teacher and tutor. I qualified from the University of Leeds in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) degree in Maths and Economics and began working as an unqualified teacher the following academic year. I received my PGCE/ GTP in Secondary Maths from London South Bank University in 2012. Since then I have been teaching Maths at secondary school to Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, as well as Key Stage 4 Finance. Throughout my degrees I tutored GCSE higher Maths, and with a very friendly and patient approach all my pupils have achieved their target grades. I am currently free most evenings and weekends, and as the summer approaches will be available for more hours. I supplement my lessons with a full range of textbooks suitable for all levels and abilities."
