Approach to Teaching

"I am a fully qualified Maths teacher and head of KS3 Maths in my present School. I have a true love and affection for the subject and I try to impart this affection on all students whom I teach. I believe that Maths is a subject which all students can achieve in, when given the right guidance and with a little hard work. I have taught students maths and prepared them national exams at all levels. Including Key Stage3 SATS (Levels 3-8) GCSEs (Higher & Foundation) A & AS Levels (C1,C2,C3,C4,Mech1,Decision 1). I have also taught GCSE Statistics and Additional Maths, and have prepared students for exams in these areas. I have had vast experience of one-to-one tutoring, focusing particularly on enabling students to achieve a grade C at GCSE and making the jump from a Grade B to a Grade A. "
