Approach to Teaching

"I have been teaching Maths for 17 years. Positions such as Head of Maths and Head of Learning have given me access to a variety of training across all exam boards , helping to develop my skills in raising achievement turning D into Cs ,Cs into B and Bs into A*s. Teaching in a variety of special needs schools has also helped be develop my skills, enabling me to be more flexible and responsive in my approach to teaching. I have also extensive experience of teaching entry level maths and functional maths. I have been tutoring for two years now and have found it to be a hugely enjoyable experience."
