Approach to Teaching

"I am an experienced, qualified teacher and tutor with a long record of success helping students overcome specific difficulties in maths and greatly increasing their confidence in these subjects.I also have a degree in Engineering and I offer face to face and online tutoring in Mathematics at KS1 and KS2 level. I have also trained and worked in material science engineering and can provide help for those studying mathematics at undergraduate level. I try to make the sessions fun and engaging for the student and aim to enhance their interest in the subject. The first priority is always to maximise exam performance but I also aim to cultivate a deeper understanding of the material in my students to help build a solid foundation for their next level of study."
