Approach to Teaching

"I am currently a London based Teaching Assistant as well as a third year PhD research student in the School of Mathematics, at University of Bristol. I have over 7 years of private tutoring experience in London and Bristol. I am an empathetic tutor, who understands mathematics requires a great deal of patience and a careful, structured approach to acquire and solidify knowledge. I have tutored a variety of children and students of different ages and abilities, from Key Stage 2 all the way up to 2nd year university students. I prefer to work with motivated students who want to stretch themselves and deepen their mathematical knowledge. I am fluent in English and Russian, and can teach maths in both languages."
