Approach to Teaching

"I am a very patient person and I am an excellent listener. Many people have told me that I make a good tutor because I try to explain things in different ways if someone does not understand. I believe maths is misunderstood; it looks and sounds far more complicated than it actually is! If explained in a way in which each individual understands then pupils really 'click' with it and see how enjoyable it can be - or for some how it maybe isn't as bad as previously thought. I have already tutored an AS level student this year and have done some tuition previously with foundation GCSE students so I have some previous experience."
