"As a teacher with over 25 years of experience in the secondary and tertiary institutions with international exposure, I seek to help students in the most efficient and effective way. The scope of my experience includes teaching Mathematics, being an examiner and tutoring Mathematics (GCSE and A-level) and Physics (GCSE),I am accustomed to the three main English Boards (Edexcel, AQA and OCR). I also taught International Baccalaureate Mathematics. I have considerable experience of teaching and assessing school-age students and adult learners in colleges Here are a few of my significant capabilities: - With an Engineering and Management background I can relate Mathematics with practical applications in various fields. - Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills - Flexibility to adapt to changes, teaching styles and a personal drive to innovate. - Enjoyment in teaching, a holistic approach to teaching and striving for excellence - Subjects: GCSE Mathematics and Physics, Additional Mathematics, A level (C1-C4, M1, M2, S1, S2) - I am able to visit students in the Reading area of Berkshire I have considerable experience of teaching and assessing school-age students and adult learners in colleges and the workplace. My favourite part of tutoring is meeting great people and knowing that I can help parents feel better about their children advancing through school and that the students and I can build a connection we are both happy with. I help students to understand and internalize the concepts they learn in school. I am able to provide a personal approach to their learning outcomes."
