Approach to Teaching

"Dear Parent, re: my Maths and Physics online tuition: I have been a secondary school teacher, private tutor of Maths and Head of Physics for 25+ years. In that time I have taught students of all abilities, helping students with moderate learning difficulties as well as those aiming to achieve grades A in GCSE or grade A at A - Level. All of my advanced students have gone to University and some have gone on to medical school and successful Oxford or Cambridge entrance. My experience as an examiner has enabled me to guide my students more effectively in preparation for GCSE and A - Level exams. Over the last 10 years I have developed strategies, including Zoom, to carry out tuition online, so that I can share my knowledge and enthusiasm with a wider range of students who would benefit from my help.
