Approach to Teaching

"I am a first year mathematics student at Durham University, throughout school I tutored many younger students in Key Stage 3, in a variety of subjects, and have assisted many others through their GCSEs and A-Levels in Mathematics. I am also a Sutton Trust E-Mentor and so I provide guidance for student sitting their A-Levels with applying to university, study skills and preparing for the move onto higher education. With an A* and three As at A-Level in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Chemistry and Physics, I am well equipped to tutor a variety of subjects, hence my variety of subjects on offer. Away from my studies, I volunteer with a Cub Scout Pack and a Girl Guide Unit as well as being a keen dancer, having performed in many dance shows as well as taking many ISTD dance exams."
