Approach to Teaching

"6 years working as a private tutor (group or one to one) helping students in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Science from Key Stage 3 to A Level. I have 2.5 years working as a Lecturer of Physics and Maths within the Department of Physics at University and as a Physics teacher in a higher secondary school(A level). In these roles I was responsible to teach Physics in classroom as well as in practical sessions to the students aged between 15-20 . Currently i am working as a cover supervisor / Supply Teacher/Science Teachnician/invigilation. My academic background has provided me with a comprehensive knowledge of the subjects I tutor. I achieved a first in my Bachelor`s degree and a 2:1 in my Master`s degree both of which are recognised by NARIC as the equivalent standard to UK qualifications of those levels. As part of my Ph. D. I had a number of journal and conference publications approved. I enjoy tutoring students of different levels and abilities. I have the ability to be able to explain complex subjects and areas in a way that my students can understand. I did Subject Knowledge Enhancement (SKE) - 12 Weeks Physics course from Bradford College. (From Feb 2016).I scored 87 % on the GCSE physics assessment and for the A-level assessments i scored around 95 % ."
