Approach to Teaching

"I have worked in a large comprehensive school in Gateshead teaching upto GCSE and 'A'level. I have since offered private one to one tuition in maths and science(not biology) I have a relaxed,friendly yet confident teaching style. Recently I have spent a considerable amount of time building up tutoring resources (mainly past paper and specimen question papers) that are crucial to the student in order to meet the demands of the new 9-1 GCSEs. I prefer to travel to the student's home -eg. Bishop Auckland, Durham and Darlington but I occasionally provide tuition in my own home should this be more convenient. Much of my repeat tuition has been through word of mouth."
