Approach to Teaching

"I qualified as an actuary (a financial insurance mathematician) and have since worked in the City of London applying mathematical solutions to complex problems in the pensions and insurance sectors of the economy. I further have over 36 years of experience teaching yoga including teaching of trainees and examining. I am happy to teach learners from KS3 up to KS5 mathematics preparing for examinations from any of the leading exam boards. I understand that a tutor needs to have patience, humour, up to date subject knowledge and above all the ability to engage the learner in more ways than one."
